Sonoran Inspiration
This inaugural expansion features 3 sauces inspired by the Sonoran food scene and culture. POP Sauce is inspired by a Dr. Pepper gastrique made by Chef Travis Peters who is a wild success story in Tucson, AZ. Yuma Sauce pays homage to the melon farm workers and the farm industry in Arizona, in memory of Cesar Chavez. On a lighter note, Killer Cacti is a reference to the theme song from "Hey Dude!", a Nickelodeon show filmed in Arizona; this sauce is the "killer cacti" that they warned you about!

This Pepper Soda hot sauce combines chiltepin heat, local juniper berries and mesquite honey, with Pepper Soda, and is perfect for barbecue and grilled favorites! Inspired by Tuscon's own Chef Travis Peters, formerly of The Parish and currently with Transplant Pizza, seen on The Food Network.

This sauce also features chiltepin heat, but includes tamarind and warm spices with sweet melon, creating the perfect dressing for fresh fruits and the ultimate sauce to brighten up dishes with a spicy sweet-and-sour punch! For best results, use this sauce anywhere that you would use Tajin and/or chamoy.

KILLER CACTI

October 2025

Not for the faint of heart; this sauce is so spicy that even the man-eating jackrabbits would think twice! Juicy and refreshing prickly pear is transformed with fiery chiltepin extract, then relieved by nopales and a touch of honey. May the challenge of the desert not be your last and the fruits be worth the journey. Good luck!
